Access to the Master of Science is regulated according to the Bachelor of Science qualification acquired by the candidate, to the university from which this was obtained, the corresponding marks and the time taken to obtain the qualification in relation to the expected duration of the studies. In cases in which requisites for automatic admission are missing, the application is assessed by the Committee as specified below.
The study programme in General Management, leading to a Bachelor of Science qualification, is intended for young people with a university or higher education entrance qualification who are interested in economic processes and want to make things happen.

Post completion of high school education, it is mandatory to obtain a Bachelor of Science qualification from a U.S regionally accredited college or university, or a foreign equivalent. A science related major like dietetics, foods and nutrition education, food service systems management or a related area is preferred. Other ancillary subjects that are part of Bachelor's degree may include economics, statistics, bacteriology, physiology, sociology, psychology, home economics, business administration, communication and computer science and management theory.

Holders of an appropriate Bachelor of Science qualification in Veterinary Nursing or Agriculture Science, Biotechniology, Toxicology or an equivalent Level 7 qualification are eligible to apply to join this programme.Vet techs may also work in colleges, universities and professional schools, or in private industry in pet food companies or pharmaceutical companies, in other scientific and research establishments, or in animal welfare organizations.
